  • We are located a few blocks off the North Loop at the West River Arts Building. The address is posted on the footer on our website and will be sent to you when you reserve.

  • When you arrive near where Google Maps takes you, look for a small parking lot by a red door. Use the elevator vestibule to the 2nd floor, take a right, we are the second door on the right. Feel free to call the day of your reservation with any questions about directions, etc.

  • We offer a studio set - which includes a white paper roll backdrop & c-stands.

    A lifestyle set - leather couch, white lounge loveseat, variety of chairs, mirror, clothing racks, and a plant.

  • Our 2 windows are South facing with a view of the city. The lighting will vary depending on a sunny, party sunny or overcast day. Please prepare accordingly.

  • We ask that if you want the stands and paper roll moved, please have 2 people help. (We can also assist at the beginning of your rental when we let you in)

    The couch is fragile and should be treated as such, however, you can slide it across the floor CAREFULLY because of the chrome bars - it slides quite easily.

    All other items can be freely moved.

  • No, this is not a pet or animal friendly space.

  • Our space is only available for micro events with a max of 15 people. Reach out to get custom quote & availability.

Haus Rules

In order to maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment, we ask that all clients and visitors adhere to the following policies during their time in the studio. These rules are in place to ensure everyone’s safety, preserve our equipment, and maintain the quality of our services.

1. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Please refrain from smoking in or around the studio premises to ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone.

2. No Pets

For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the studio. We understand that pets are beloved family members, but we kindly request that you leave them at home when visiting the studio.

3. Paper Roll Usage

Only one pull of the paper backdrop roll is permitted per session. Please be mindful of the studio’s resources to minimize waste and maximize the longevity of our equipment.

4. Respect Furniture & Equipment

All furniture and studio equipment must be treated with care and respect. Please refrain from using furniture in any way that could cause damage.

5. Moving Furniture & Equipment

If you would like assistance moving the couch or paper roll, you can notify a studio staff member & we can help you at the beginning of your rental. The paper roll and stands should be moved by two people. The couch is FRAGILE and should be treated as such. Because of the chrome bar on the bottom of the couch, it can be CAREFULLY slid across the floor. All smaller furniture items, such as chairs, stools, etc, can be moved freely.

6. Cleanliness

Please ensure that you leave the studio in the condition in which you found it. All props, equipment, and furniture should be returned to their original positions at the end of your session. You are responsible for cleaning up after your session, including any props or materials you bring into the studio.

7. Liability and Damages

Clients are responsible for any damages to studio equipment or property caused during their session. Any damages will be charged at full replacement or repair cost. Please report any issues or concerns to the studio staff immediately.

8. Studio Time

Your booking time includes setup and breakdown time. Please arrive on time for your session and ensure that you leave promptly at the scheduled end time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

10. Noise Level

Please maintain a respectful noise level while in the studio.
